Reconnect yourself with nature and with the eternal essence of the spirit - find your way back home.

Urban Atman is much more than just a project – it’s a living philosophy, my dharma, a movement dedicated to the well-being and quiet healing of all living beings. Humans, animals, plants – every spark of life is part of this greater whole. It’s an evolving process that celebrates solidarity in all its forms, weaving multicultural art, mindfulness, and self-transformation into a tapestry of new perspectives, while nourishing the world through small acts of activism. The goal is to gently reconnect us with the rhythms of nature and the timeless essence of spirit.

Yet, Urban Atman itself is not the driving force – it’s simply a catalyst, a gentle spark designed to inspire movement, touch hearts, and awaken souls. If it reaches even just one soul, just one heart, that is reward enough.

This is not a journey for fame or recognition, but for the quiet, profound transformations that arise from subtle acts of healing and awareness.

Here, creativity, mindfulness, love, and gentle resistance to societal noise merge into one. Every action becomes a form of devotion – as beautiful as a painting and as powerful as a finely tuned instrument.

This instrument has the potential to dissolve inner barriers, loosen the binds of ego, and challenge systems of separation in the most unexpected ways. Every beat, every note, and every word is a call for freedom, unity, and a return to the life force that connects us all.

This is my way of giving back, and a call to move yourself and the world around you – to realize that even the smallest change can be a profound act of healing.

A Few Words About Me …

My name is Alexander Loehr — some also know me as Ghanashyam Das — and I live in the quiet town of Santanyí on the island of Mallorca.

My path weaves together decades of meditation and yoga practice, inner study, silence, and sound — all guided by a deep yearning for truth and inner clarity.

I share my experiences to gently encourage others to slow down, reconnect, and remember — with awareness, with nature, and with the energy that flows through all things

May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words and deeds of my own life contribute to this happiness and freedom for all.

Thank you for your attention.
