Inner Work

Personal Guidance.

Sometimes what we need most is simply to be heard, held, and gently guided back to ourselves. This is the heart of what I offer – not a fixed method, but a living practice shaped around you, your story, and what your body and mind are asking for.

It´s about Your Self

Sometimes a group practice isn’t enough. Sometimes you need a space that’s just for you. For what’s really going on right now.
If you feel you could use some support – whether it’s chronic stress, physical complaints, sleep difficulties, emotional burdens, or simply that quiet sense of having lost touch with yourself – I’d be glad to walk alongside you for a while.

My work sits at the intersection of Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Pranayama & Breathwork, Buddhist Psychology, and Homa Therapy – with Yoga Nidra at its heart, one of the most profound and yet accessible healing practices I know.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra literally means “yogic sleep” — but it is far more than relaxation. It is a guided state of consciousness at the threshold between waking and sleeping, in which the nervous system experiences the deepest regeneration while the mind remains alert and receptive.

Two traditions in particular shape my practice:

The school of Swami Rama (Himalayan Institute) emphasises the spiritual dimension of Yoga Nidra as a path toward self-knowledge and meditative deepening. Here the practice is understood as a bridge between the conscious mind and the deeper layers of the self.

The school of Swami Satyananda Saraswati (Bihar School of Yoga) developed Yoga Nidra into a precise therapeutic tool — systematically structured through body rotation, breath awareness, pairs of opposites, and inner visualisation. This approach is today supported by a growing body of research: it has been shown to help with sleep disorders, chronic pain, PTSD, burnout, anxiety, and high blood pressure.

In my work, both streams flow together – shaped around the person lying down, ready to arrive.

How does personal guidance work?

Every journey begins with a personal conversation – to understand where you are, what’s on your mind, and what you truly need. From this, an individually recorded Yoga Nidra is created, tailored specifically to you: your language, your imagery, your rhythm.

I work in person on Mallorca (Santanyí) as well as online – through individual recordings you can return to whenever and wherever you need. I offer my work primarily in German, but naturally in English as well.

Karma Yoga – from the heart

This work is not a profession for me. It’s a calling. A part of my path, my unique personal duty and purpose — what the yogic tradition calls Svadharma.

That’s why my personal guidance is donation-based — you give what feels right for you. Nothing more, nothing less. Those who cannot give are just as welcome.

If you feel that what I offer might be meaningful for you, simply drop me an email. No forms, no programmes. Just a conversation between two human beings.
